"Poorly managed.The manager and servers didn’t even bother acknowledging about 15-20 customer waiting to order food. Instead the workers (minus the cooks) worried about taking care of all the online orders. Foods always good. Poor service."

"Hello I love Panda Express, but Charlene the Manager was rude and did not acknowledge me and was making 35 different to go orders I never once said hold on give me a moment let me finish this and did not take care of me. Then proceeded to tell me what type of food I'm going to get in my portion control when I am a paying customer. I tried to ask for the GM number and corporate and she proceeded to tell me that is private information so I will look it up and get it myself for the bad customer from a MANAGER RUDE . DONT EAT THERE IF YOU ARE BLACK A D SHE WAS VERY NICE TOO THE WHITE PEOPLE BEHIND ME. AND I WAIT FOR 30 MINS TO BE HELP. I ALWAYS GO THERE ANS NEVER SEEN HER BEFORE. I HAD TOO TALK TO HER LIKE A CHILD . SO DISAPPOINTING. HAD NO FOOD ON THE LINE AS WELL. TERRIBLE !! Plus I was in Plan Attire and I'm a State Trooper but it was no need to tell Manager CHARLENE THAT INFORMATION. I WILL BE CONTACTING SOMEONE."

"That was some of the worst slop that was served to a customer. No protein just breaded “something”. Looks can be deceiving. I thought I was being served nice chunks of white chicken…NOPE! If you guys describe it as Honey sesame Chicken Breast (CB) then give the customer what they paid for. $8.82 of just veggies and crispy, crunchy bread nuggets. Extremely disappointed and a joke. Don’t bother spending your hard earned money at this joint."

"I've eaten here off and on since September of 2019. Most of the time it's been good. But yesterday was downright awful. I got the bottom of the barrel Teriyaki chicken. It had burnt pieces of food in it too. That flat black and crunchy bit when it's burned to the pan. The fried rice was also bad. There were so many crunchy chunks of it, even after stirring. Staff all looks the same too. They used to give me a 10% discount for working inside the Walmart. They stopped doing that. The Dr Pepper was also flat. Even the lemonade from the machine didn't taste right. I also used the restroom while here and the toilet was filled with huge globs of tp, like no one had checked the restroom in awhile. It wasn't very busy when I went either. I'm not sure what happened to this location in the past year, but the hospitality and the quality of food has definitely gone out the window. I really love Panda Express, so it makes me sad that this was the experience I had at the location I frequent the most. I won't be back for awhile after this experience."

"I eat here maybe once in a blue moon. Every time I always hope for something better but it is always the same. Food here is generally ok. Nothing really too special. Fried rice doesn't taste like typical fried rice. Most of the time the sauces seem to be too thick to my liking. Not an issue if I order something like the teriyaki chicken. I do like the fact that they cook fresh vegetables. Restaurant is always clean and staff is ok as far as customer service."
