"Dr. Orr is really laid back and I like that. I like his real-world approach to specific issues (here's the problem--these are ways you can try to work through them). I'm not one for mindfulness or yoga or deep breathing and I really like that after saying that the first session he didn't try to push it on me like other therapists I've had. I found him easy to talk to and get along with and his receptionist, Kayla, is very nice, as well. Plus, he has Saturday hours which is helpful."
