"I had tremendous neck pain. I thought it was a pinched nerve. Perry Chiro performed x rays, explained the x rays very vaguely saying my disc spacing was not consistent and told me it would take about 40 visits and presented a prepaid plan, that would "save" me money. So, I would be paying for visits in advance??? I went to another Chiro, 3 days later and they diagnosed me with degenerative disc disease, clearly explaining everything in my x-rays. I would NEVER recommend this clinic."

"I went into Perry Chiro with bad neck pain. They performed X-Rays & presented me with a treatment plan that lasted for several months. I went 3 days per week for several weeks, then 2 days per week for several more weeks, eventually going to a monthly adjustment for maintenance. After 20 visits, I was told that Medicare would not pay for anymore visits than that. I was not asked to sign anything stating that they would no longer be filing wirh Medicare. In the meantime, I had to pay $58 out-of-pocket for every visit. I called Medicare & was told there was not a magic number of visits. They would pay as long as it was medically necessary. I went back to Dr B & asked them to file for all the remaining visits that I had already paid for, making sure my initial treatment plan was coded as medically necessary, since I believed all the visits in my initial treatment plan should have been covered. They coded them all the same, as if they were all monthly maintenance. Therefore, Medicare refused to pay anything. I asked them to file an appeal & resubmit the proper code, since I was still going in twice weekly for at least 6 more visits. To date, they have not done that. I also had 4 more visits where I had pain from over-exertion, but I was willing to let those go. I feel like they lied to me, & only care about the money. Their office staff has not been professional in dealing with me on this issue. I will not return to their practice."

"Overall great experience. The staff is super friendly with not only the patients, but also with each other, which makes a big difference! The office is quaint & comfortable. They seem to really care about improving you quality of life as opposed to just simply treating patients. Pricing is very reasonable! I’ll definitely recommend these gals to friends who are considering chiropractic care."
