"I was at the ER in Perry with severe pain and two health issues were discovered. One issue requiring seeing an OBGYN. I was referred by my primary dr.I was referred to Women’s Healthcare in Bonaire at 101 Bluff chase. My surgical questions were addressed by my NP Allison Griffon! now I meet for a surgical consultation All of the locations are very convenient, It’s a nice facility thank you all."

"If you are a woman of color, the nurses will talk about you as soon as you leave the exams rooms, while making another appointment for your next visit."

"Showing up early, it worth the attempt to be punctual. As a courtesy for the receptionist, ha. Near one hour later; She literally waited five minutes ‘til stretch time to input pt info. In the end it took an additional twenty minutes once called back by some staff member What an incredibly unprofessional action by an already uneventful legs up exam"

"IF YOU ARE A WOMAN OF COLOR DONT GO HERE. Ive endured my first racist/biased interaction at this location. To start it off the nurse was incredibly rude, I guess my complexion offended her to the max!! She was irritated with me taking too long to fill out the forms, completely ignored me when i tried to make small talk. Then she didnt like my answers to whats going on with MY body and she thought I was either lying or I didnt understand the terms i used. (because she is clearly inside my body and knows everything about me so I must be lying and confused) The entire time talking to her she had the stink face and spoke with a major condescending tone. I honestly wanted to walk out right then and there and I should have. But no I stayed the doctor showed no emotion at all so that was waaaayyyy better than the nurse i guess however she also wasnt believing me. Then came the phlebotomist whom was also rude, I asked her a simple question to make small talk while i wait. Since she couldnt be bothered to say hello I simply asked about the unused vials. Instead of simply explaining why there being disposed of she attempts to correct me by saying "what vials you mean tubes? Those are not vials there tubes." LOL thats just like her saying im not a phlebotomist im a Lab Tech. How can you try to correct someone and be wrong, since she was about to draw blood from me i didnt correct her nonsense. Instead I just sat back and thought do these ppl not know that im a patient and not some bum on the street that decided to just walts into their establishment bare feet. To Make matters worse the phlebotomist is also black but she was just as insolent as the rest. So she fits in with them nicely I guess. The only person and I mean only person that was courteous to me was the woman in front that took my ID and Insurance hell she even smiled the rest of the staff i encountered can learn a thing or two from her. I will never go back there again. I had better service at a mcdonalds in fort valley and their customer service is trash."
