"I’m being generous with the one star, let’s start there. I despise coming here and having to deal with the front desk clerks. The lack of customer service displayed is concerning. You walk up to the window and neither clerk will take 3 seconds out of their personal side bar conversations to acknowledge you’re there. “Be right with you sir/ma’am” only takes a few seconds to spill out and let the patient know that they are seen. Its like this EVERY SINGLE TIME I come for any appointment. I had to go to the desk 3x during an appointment and I was met with the same issue every time. If you hate your job, quit… because one day your rudeness will be matched by the wrong veteran on the right day :)."

"I went into VA outreach clinic on 12/26/23 at 0940 to see if I can get a vehicle disability form signed since I was being treated there. When I walked in, the Nurse Director Katherine Robinson was standing by the counter. I thought she could help me and I tried to have a discussion. I couldn't get a full sentence in, before she kept cutting me off. She is unprofessional and unprincipled. It really went south when, she asked me questions that are illegal to ask in public, she asked me what I am getting treated for, of course, I did not tell her. I told her I am a patient here (if she requested my information to verify, I would have provided it). I didn't mind the word exchange, what I didn't like is when I was speaking to someone else away from her, Ms. Robinson decided she was going to walk up on me to try to escalate the situation, which is childish and stupid. I came for information and left sorry, I ever came in there. The Director of this VA is Ms. Melissa Johnson, I hope see reads this review and decide to make some changes. Katherine Robinson is a poor example of a nurse Director, veteran, and someone who works for VA who should leave her nasty attitude home. Some folks there told me she wasn't feeling good, so what; it doesn't give her the right to take it out on customers."

"I would give -10 for this clinic. I went and asked how longer we have to wait? The sign says we should let the front desk if we are waiting for more than 20 minuets!!!!! We have been waiting over 45 minuets!!!!!! She take s adeep breath and gives me an attitude and says " I am not back there with the provider so I don't know," I said, but the sign says to let you know!!!! She then says, " I don't know, they will call you," like, are you for real!!!! Customer service is 0 like always for veterans. Remove the sign."

"I called the Perry VA Clinic earlier today. I am a Veteran suffering from PTSD. The lady answering the phone was rude and I hung up because I cannot deal with confrontations. I was hoping the VA could help me. If the VA allows people like this kind of individual to work at the VA clinic then I am better offer seeking help in the private sector. I am glad I didn't need immediate help. God bless America."
