"Last week I had a 5 star rating posted because my experience was honestly amazing… Now three weeks later I have gotten a $260 bill from the lab my swab test was sent to, which she did ask if I wanted the send off, but with that she failed to inform me I would be charged this fee on top of the copay I already payed at the door. I was not upset about the copay, I know that’s a normal thing and the receptionist did her job to inform me of the fee before I swiped my card, but I’m just curious and frustrated as to why I am expected to pay this when nothing was mentioned during my appointment. I would have denied it then! Very frustrated and very confused. Will not be returning as a $35 visit turned into a $295 for a flu and covid test… and insurance was included, without it I would be paying $598!"

"I went in for a DOT physical on a Sunday. I booked my appointment online the day before. Very easy to book and register online. When I arrive I was greeted by Stephanie with a smile. I also saw Jasmine and Mr. Steve. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! The whole experience was great! I’ll definitely be back for my next DOT physical and keep them in mind for any other needs in the future! Keep up the great work!!"
