"From the scheduling of my appointment to accessing me Joy was Awesome, Personable, Attentive. Joy provided Great customer experience! I will definitely recommend this doctors office. In a society where receiving good customer service it's almost to the point where it's no longer exist. Because those who are in that position (customer service associate) act as if they are doing you a favor just by saying Hello, Good morning, May I help you. What they fail to realize is by the mere fact that I came in to get a services is the reason they have a job. When I walked into the facility I was greeted by Sabrina (Shirley). I had the chance to speak with Sabrina prior to me coming into the facility.I felt welcome and at ease. The staff are friendly and pleasant."
