"I have been buying here for 12 years. I have always had good customer service and they would have items that others in the area didn’t. Their prices are subjective and you should shop around, especially online. I have purchased many items in house but I’ve also used them for transfers. Yesterday I was turned away. My item had arrived around lunchtime according to the tracking and once I got off work, I drove across town to get my transfer. At this point my transfer had been in their possession about 3 hours. I was the only customer in the store and there were three employees that I could see. I was told that they had been busy and had not gotten to the incoming shipments. I was ok with waiting but I was told that “I’m not going to bust open 6 boxes looking for one.” So I knew what was up. It was Friday afternoon and they didn’t want to do anything else because the boss wasn’t there. So I said ok and walked out. This morning, they called me at 9:15 to let me know that my transfer was ready. They open at 9:00am. Let that sink in…. So I won’t be going back. There’s too many places in the area to get these items and are closer in proximity to me than Abraham’s. It’s a shame as I really liked this shop but there is only one guy working there that has been consistently courteous and respectful and if they are busy, I’d likely have to deal with one of the donkeys."

"i liked this gun shop the first time I visited, Roy gave me excellent service and coupled with information that made me think. he was qualifying me for a sale, i like that, one that answers my questions and poses questions to me. because of my previous visit i went by there a second time to buy a gun, but the service was not there even though I was the only one in the store i seemed to be an inconvenience. i also saw an item that was not a gun that i would have purchased along with a silver dollar. two other people walked in, one to purchase a gun. i stood aside while they rang him up. I'm standing at the counter and I've informed the order taker i was ready to check out. the other fellow said he wanted a gun. want to guess who the clerk's rang up next? right, not me. i told the busy clerk i was leaving and left. a business is only as good as its worker's."

"Excellent gun store with amazing products and even better management. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The guns are amazing quality with reasonable pricing. About average pricing for equipment, sights, and guns compared to other places. Personally, you go there for the staff's knowledge and gun expertise. Would definitely recommend and would go back again anytime I need a new firearm!"
