"This is where the repairs are. Service is limited. They didn't even bother to make at least one microwave available for heating food. This shows indifference to the needs of the drivers. Contacting the Subway staff was very frustrating. They refused to reheat food in their microwave, citing company policy. If the company policy is to refuse assistance, that's terrible. Forever discouraged me from buying products from Subway. I am forced to move to a different service center due to the inadequacy of this service center."

"The interior is being renovated, it's dirty, the finishing work is dusty everywhere, the shower doesn't work."

"Pilot Travel Centers are well-known rest stops for travelers, particularly those on long road trips. These centers are a haven for weary drivers, offering a range of services and amenities. Here's a review of what you can expect from a typical Pilot Travel Center: First and foremost, Pilot Travel Centers are known for their extensive network of fuel pumps. They provide a convenient refueling option for both gasoline and diesel, and their loyalty program can save frequent travelers money on fuel. These centers also offer clean and accessible restroom facilities, which is a crucial aspect of any road trip. Hygiene and maintenance are generally satisfactory, ensuring a comfortable pit stop. The dining options vary by location, but most Pilot Travel Centers feature fast-food restaurants, grab-and-go snacks, and convenience store items. The food quality can be hit or miss, but it serves its purpose for travelers in a hurry. Truckers often rely on Pilot Travel Centers for parking, showers, and amenities specific to their needs. The trucker-centric services cater to the long-haul driving community. Service is typically efficient and the staff is helpful, making the entire experience smoother for travelers. In summary, Pilot Travel Centers are a valuable resource for road travelers, offering essential services such as fuel, restrooms, and dining options. While the dining quality may not be gourmet, the convenience and accessibility make these centers a practical choice for those on the go."

"A nice big clean store with fresh coffee 24/7. The only problem I had while here is that many of the free parking spaces are taken by bobtails and local drivers who just leave their trucks here all the time. I had to pay to park one night so that they can have free truck storage. What a waste to have 13 free parking spaces taken by bobtails."
