"These folks care about people and will help you! I joined Strive Fitness eight months ago to get in shape so I could play soccer again. I had not set foot in a gym in over fifteen years. I started with private coaching sessions with Coach Conner because to be honest I was super nervous about joining class. That gave me the confidence I needed and allowed me to meet people who were already working out there. Before, during, and after class the coaches focus on the whole person…meeting you where you are, recognizing where you want to go, and encouraging you to get there by scaling exercises as needed to match your skill level. Little did I know how much I’d come to enjoy coming to this place. I’m in far better shape now than ever and now play soccer every week! I’ve also met some really great people. The software tools are great and help with learning names and keeping track of progress. There are no shortcuts to getting in shape but having coaches and a community of people supporting you makes it doable! I’m happy knowing if I can just get in the door my whole day will be better."

All of the coaches are awesome at training and educating to make sure you are doing the workouts correctly, safely and to your best benefit. I love how every thing could be scaled to any level of fitness. It was exciting to see my progression over the six weeks!
