"Horrible staff ! Horrible DIRECTOR ! Kids do not even go through the entire curriculum throughout the school year ! There is no accountability on behalf the of the teachers because the staff does not get held accountable for their actions. This school as a whole is unorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend this academic institution."

"Our kids (2 years and 4 months) are both at RGA, and we are extremely pleased with the quality of care they receive. My 2 year old is actually EXCITED to go to “school” and that alone is worth a good review. The staff is great about uploading pictures to their app throughout the day as well which is always a nice reassurance that my kids are happy and actually doing activities. Mrs. Tympanic is the director and in the rare case I ask for a meeting, she makes time as soon as possible and is more than willing to workout a solution."

"We love RGA! I have two daughters (ages 1&3). We’ve been a part of RGA family for almost a year. It’s a lovely daycare/school with teachers and staff who truly care. Brandon (owner) and Connie (director) are very communicative to the family regarding any updates. The teachers do all I can ask for - love on my babies and play with them while also teaching! My oldest has several friends she talks about daily and looks forward to school. They do activities / arts and crafts and get outside time. That’s the most important thing at this age! My oldest’s vocabulary has also improved and she comes home singing fun songs that I have to look up on YouTube so I can learn them too. We love this school and will continue to watch our girls flourish, form friendships and grow as little people. Thanks, RGA!!!"

"This childcare facility is nothing short of amazing. The facility is clean, careful, and warm. They communicate well about the behavior & curriculum, adhere strictly to state policy, and go above and beyond to keep my children safe both in and out if crisis (city gas leak, inclement weather, etc.). I see things being said about staff turn around (childcare is a short term career for many, as they use it as a stepping stone during their own education or to more lucrative careers), or that the emails have grammatical/spelling errors (it baffles me that a parent can care more about the structure of an email than the safety & education of children). As a former child care facility employee, I trust my children with the staff and leaders. You can too, and that’s what matters most to me as a parent. I’m grateful to RGA."
