"DJ was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Literally the best server I’ve ever had! He was very attentive, made sure everything was prepared to our liking, and checked on us just enough that it wasn’t too frequent, but not too infrequent either. Food was cooked perfectly and served hot. Great atmosphere! Highly recommend but definitely ask for DJ for top notch service!!!"
"My fiance and I came to outback in Canton in December and had the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. Tonight completely changed that. Our server JJ was phenomenal. Very attentive and friendly. We also got the pleasure of meeting Nicole, one of the managers, who was such a delight to talk to and share our precious experience with. Our food was cooked perfectly as well. We are super glad we decided to give them another chance!"
"Worst food we have had in years in a public restaurant! My Caesar salad had more dressing on it than lettuce And it wasn’t Romain lettuce! There was no grated Parmesan cheese at all. Huge croutons were stale. Tom’s French onion soup was simply a mush of chopped onions with a piece of bread and Swiss cheese on the top, heated in the microwave. In fact, I think the microwave was used instead of the grill for not only my salmon, but Tom’s, very horrible, two children’s premade meat (?) patties. When we ask the waiter, why, he received two meat patties, he said that they probably ran out of the regular size in the kitchen. We were eating at 6 PM on a Wednesday, so if they run out of ground meat, that is very sad at this time of day.Tom asked for extra slices of onion, and he received a small bowl of chopped onions, which was the same as what was presented in the hamburger. There was one very small slice of anemic looking tomato. Overall, this was a horrible meal for over $50! My very meager piece of salmon was an off- color, and definitely not seared, but perhaps heated in the microwave. Will never eat at this restaurant again!"
