"Drove by a million times, finally tried it and it was wonderful. The coffee was fast and delicious. They had many substitutes for milk including lactaid which is crazy. The employees are sweet and noticed my dog in the back seat without me saying anything and offered him a pupachino haha Highly recommend. Stop the starbucks and go to Ellianos"
"The food and the coffee was REALLY good! I recommend a million. The service was excellent as well. Burst of flavors is everything we tried. Will be returning. Only thing I didn’t like is the cups, bags, napkins NOTHING had their name on it! Would have loved to take pics and post with something with the name on it to show some love!"
"I was visiting the area and searched coffee shops. What a pleasant surprise! The staff was so helpful, the barista who took my order gave me suggestions and I loved my iced coffee. They have alternate milk and sugar free flavors. The blueberry stuffed muffin was also a huge hit! What a unique idea. Thank you for the great coffee and great service! It will be my go to spot for future visits!"
"Great coffee!!! And amazing customer service, employees are very polite and kind! I've been coming every single day of the week!! The staff is so friendly. I do not know what people are talking about in the reviews, when they say the staff was rude. My husband and I both go here, on a daily basis for our coffee. He gets his before work, at 6 a.m. I get mine with my son around 8 and 9 in the morning. And both of us I've gotten coffee in the evening for lunch hour. What I am getting at is, no matter what time of day or day of the week we have went both of us have always received excellent customer service and if there was ever anything wrong with our order which is only happened one time to my husband. They always immediately apologize. Then when they remake your order they would apologize again. The staff here is very sweet. Menu items are perfectly priced. If you haven't tried this coffee house you should not just because of the friendly staff but the great coffee as well!!"
"Went out on a limb to try it when I had some free time. Absolutely don't regret it. Jose (Hope I got his name right) was the best customer service I've had in forever. Good prices, better coffee, best customer service. Yes, at both of my visits within 15 hours apart.. I will be coming here more than I should"
