"I must say that as an African American parent of 8 children it has been a blessing to have a pediatrician who listens and shows great compassion. My children have been coming to this office since I moved here 5yrs ago and I absolutely have no complaints. My children range from 18yrs to 3.5wks old and they have been very well taken care of from start to finish. The staff is always courteous, helpful, and they always make sure we have what we need. Thank you for providing such great care and services to my family."

"I am surprised by the negative reviews! I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice and the doctors. Every time I go in its been clean and quiet and the front is always welcoming and friendly. On a couple of occasions I’ve had to make last min appts for my kids and was able to get in same day or next morning which I’ve always had issues in the past with other doctors. I was referred here when I had my youngest and loved it so much I transferred my oldest over. My kids have both seen Dr. Alappan as well as Dr. Mindy (I think that’s the other doctors name) and every time has been welcoming, informative, thorough and consistent thus far! I also love their online check in process bc I get in and out super quick. I was so surprised they even took the type of insurance we have. Too bad they don’t see adults. We are grateful!!"

"There is no one else like Dr Alappan! She truly cares for your children. She will look you in the eye and speak to you like a family member, making sure you completely understand everything. I love how she doesn’t just dole out prescriptions either. She is very reasonable and balanced when it comes to sick visits. We love Dr Alappan and will be with her as long as we can!"

"Do not listen to the bad reviews people put on here. They are not true!!! My son has been going to Dr. Alappan since birth. He will be six next week. I left a different pediatrician's office because they didn't live up to my expectations. But Dr. Alappan does. I fully and completely trust Dr. Alappan and her staff with the care of my son. I can always depend on the staff to get me in for an appointment even at the last minute on the same day. Maybe it has something to do with me being a proactive Mom, because it's not just the pediatrician's job but the parent's as well to care for our children. I know that when my son is seen by Dr. Alappan that she has done the absolute best for him and beyond. I have never had a problem with her or her staff. They are wonderful, kind, and courteous and I can truly say that they care about my son and his health. I would not want to have to trust anyone else with my son's care other then Dr. Alappan and her attentive staff. Give her a try. You won't be disappointed."
