"DO NOT bring your loved ones here. Young or old !NOBODY! The doctor that my mom has been seeing was a complete A$$. First, she’s 80, her thoughts are not all together. She’s been coming there for over 15 years for really unknown reason. This is the first appt I came here with her….what a waste of 3 hours. They run labs for only tsh for her. I asked the doctor why are you not running a full panel to see her free t3, free t4 etc.. number are?. How do you know what thyroid levels you need to treat!!! Dr Dennis said “that’s how I do it here, .. we run tsh”.. that’s how he answered my question. People, do your own damn research on labs. These people are out their damn minds. Good thing I have a medical back ground and know what the hell is going on. Go to Elite medical team in Brookstone .. They can fix most problems before coming to this low class place."

"Bring your phone, a book, or just plan on starting and finishing your graduate level thesis since you are going to wait beyond your appointment time. And don’t expect much sympathy, if any. The only reason I gave two stars is because Leichter knows his stuff. Time I had to wait today beyond my appointment time before being called to the back: 38"

"My mother had a 9am appointment, we arrived at 850 and stood in line for 30 mins. Took another 15 filling out paperwork that I already filled out on my chart. At 950 I asked how much longer. I was told we were about to be called back. They then called back a girl that had just walked in with a 945 appt to the same doctor. When I went back to the desk, they said they could bring her back next week. Not a chance."

"I made an appointment in October, could not get in until Jan came to the appointment, 40 minutes after the appointment we were still in the main lobby. Finally get called back just to sit for who knows how long and the room is disgusting and looks like it is under construction."

"Waiting times are the worst part. There have been multiple occasions where we had to reschedule our appointments after waiting over an hour at the doctors office. The staff and the doctors have to learn to value others time. We cant keep waiting for hours and hours here. Add to that the staff in the office always misses the paper work and we had to redo it on every single visit which was quiet annoying. They always overbook appointments i guess and keep the patients always waiting. Coming finally to the doctors i feel webmd is much better than speaking with them. I see this hospital as just a money making machine and has no interest in your health condition. Not even worthy of a one star. Not recommend."
