"I get the the shop and the first thing I asked for is “not ready yet”. How can u be in business for this long and not be able to plan and have ur product ready for the customer by the time that you open? I dont care how good the donuts are if they are unavailable when i want them. Sad place."
"If a customer wants to pick there own donut what does it matter to you!! Why be rude about it or comment rudely. It's not a big deal, do not make it one and lose a customer over it. That's stupid of you and your company over something SO simple. You do not have anything special to keep people coming in, make it customer service. Donuts are not anything special, anyone can make them."
