"This was a disappointing experience from the start. The Dr refused to listen to my concerns and prescribed a contact and glasses prescription less optimal than I expected. Then when my glasses arrived, I could not see as clearly as I expected to and the lenses appeared to be not completely finished and polished. I would not recommend this location."
"Usually go in WR. Loved the dr. and the eye tech. Hidden fees wasn't told I'd have to pay $80 for "contact fitting" which I never got. After deciding to wait on the glasses I was told there was a $80 contact fitting fee because she's a professional and it's a skill but I was never told anything about the contacts or asked to put them on like I was when I was actually fitted for contacts at other places. I feel like after I said I'd come back she decided to charge me $80. I would've come back, needed more time bc I have a migraine starting due to lights in eyes and/or dilation, but that put a bad taste in my mouth. I was not told about this fee until after and I definitely wasn't fitted for contact lenses. I've had contacts since I was 16 and I've actually been through that process several times, so I know it was bc she didn't think I was coming back and wanted to make money today. What you did was lose my business but to each his own. Thanks everyone else was nice."
"Dr. R. Thompson and staff provided an excellent experience for me at MyEyeDoctor location in Perry,GA. I would highly recommend this location and this physician. Check in online made my arrival a seamless process. The initial technician that dialyzed my eyes was courteous and friendly and professional. The doctor herself was also friendly and very informative i during my exam. My eye wear professional was patient and helpful and closed out an overall amazing visit at this facility for me. Thank you for an outstanding experience."
