"Wylly was very disappointing he obviously doesn't care about his patients I am suffering from kidney stones he came in ordered me a CT scan and left the scan is weeks out he didn't ask me about my pain or prescribe me anything to help with what I'm going through!! The ER doctor was way better and explained to me what was goin on this guy obviously is a check chaser I rather suffer in pain I will not return. The staff was very nice the nurses and the checkout lady was very nice"

"I just received a call from the urology office regarding an upcoming appointment. I relayed to her that I’ve been having other medical issues (I am 80% disabled veteran) and that I needed to have tests done before the next appointment. Not only did she not acknowledge the fact that I told her I was having other medical issues but she cut me off while I was speaking and stated, OK just get the test done before we make you another appointment. How rude, nasty and unprofessional! I will never go back to that office because in that moment, she showed how little she cared about me. I advise their management to hold some customer service, people skills training because they are in dire need of it!"
"This Dr. Gave my husband toradol for kidney stones I called them to let them know he was up all night throwing up in agony and he said he would not even give him 5 pain pills after we paid him 356.15 the Dr said go to emergency room this Dr is not worth the money he charged I feel cheated I want my money back and he should not practice medicine...I hope he gets kidney stones and no medicine but toradol for it the absolutely worse Dr. I have ever met. All he cares about is MONEY!!!!"
"His mind was made up before he even walked into the room to examine me. I have intermittent testicular torsion which is extremely rare. I have three of the symptoms that are commonly found with ITT. Which are increaed blood flow to testical, cyst on testical, testicals sitting at abnormal angles/ one higher than other, and groin pain persisting for months because of these things.so once again im told that blood flow will need to be cut off before they will diagnose it as torsion. So i will probably end up loosing my testical eventually because he did not want to verify my suspicions by the twist test or to look and see if i have a bell clapper deformity. Very disappointing."
