As a medical professional, I appreciate evidence-based practice. He presented me with factual, scientific-based research that supported the way this plan is set up. The videos, the daily plan that is sent to you, the book, the messaging, and the helpful staff make this a very enjoyable process. I love the recipes that are in the book.
