"This place is horribly dysfunctional. I scheduled an appointment for 7/5 at 9:15am. Received my confirmation email and saw the appointment scheduled on the Piedmont Patient MyChart. At 8:30am on the morning of 7/5, the appointment disappeared from my Piedmont Patient MyChart. I called the office to confirm my appointment with the disappearance. The woman was rude, horribly incoherent, and explained that she canceled my appointment because I was a first-time visit. The online scheduling specifically asks for “returning patient or first-time patient.” I figured checking the “first-time patient” box would indicate such information. With that being said, they cancelled my appointment on zero notice with zero justification as they knew I was a first-time patient when I scheduled online. They’re very incompetent and it explains why they’re the only Piedmont facility with daily availability. Also, they won’t give you their name when you call to avoid reprimand by their bosses. Good luck."

"I cannot even give it a one. I was required to fill out paperwork in the office. I did so in the middle of August. I was accepted as a patient about a week later with an appointment for Sept 21st. I arrived and I was refused a visit because I go to a pain clinic. I had made that perfectly clear in August listed my medications, assuring them I would not and never would ask them for pain medications. All this aside , why did they accept me as a patient in August when I had listed my pain Dr. and my medications? Why did they wait until I show up for my appointment yesterday to refuse me? Sheer incompetence? Just did not care? Inexcusable. On an ending note, the bathroom toilet was one of the filthiest I had ever seen. A disgusting ring from not having been cleaned in many weeks. I did not use it. That's all."

"STAY AWAY!!! My daughter was born with jaundice and was to be seen the day or two after discharge, they made us bring in paperwork before scheduling. My husband brought it in the day after discharge (a Monday) and was told we’d receive a call for scheduling. I had to call them on Wednesday only to tell me she could be seen the following week (a Tuesday). I arrived 15 mins early for my appt, waited almost two hours to be seen. We get called back, the MA weighed my newborn with her clothes on (getting a proper newborn weight should be done unclothed) with a scale that was extremely outdated. The MA weighed her incorrectly and said she was an entire pound less than what she really was. I also noticed that the adult scale was one that you’d use In Your home setting. The doctor himself was nice, but the other staff just dropped the ball completely. One and done for us."
