"Whoever yall got doing the interviews is an absolutely R U D E PERSON!!! I will be sure to let everyone I know who would be interested in working here that they would have a better workplace environment somewhere else. That had to have been the ABSOLUTE WORST INTERVIEW I HAVE EVER BEEN A PART OF. You should choose hiring personell more carefully if you expect to have any new hires stay. I wouldn't work there if you paid me a million dollars."

"Nexus Pain Center has been a blessing to me! I’ve been going here for a little over 10 years and I’ve always been treated with kindness and respect from the entire staff! "I accompanied my mom and we walked in my mom said Good morning and no response so she said it again and the front desk receptionist did not say anything but there was a good morning from the back,,,that was the first red flag. If you don’t have the common courtesy to greet your patients then guess what find another job. I don’t do well with unprofessional and rude people. Then my mom just stood there for minutes and there was still no acknowledgement or just a “give me a moment and I will be with you”, just silence. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. I will be reporting this to the BBB. Giving a 1 star was generous to say the least."

"My recent visit to North Columbus Surgery Center left me extremely frustrated. I was accompanying my wife for a procedure, and the staff insisted that I sign a driver’s consent form to transport her afterward. I had concerns about what I was signing, so I asked if I could read the form thoroughly, as I felt the receptionist was omitting vital information. To my surprise, the staff seemed taken aback by my request, and I even questioned if I was wrong to ask for clarity. The receptionist’s disrespectful and unprofessional demeanor, marked by a condescending smile, was disappointing. They even threatened to cancel my wife’s appointment if I didn’t sign the form immediately. In my opinion, the center’s policy should be more transparent. Providing the form for everyone to read and sign, without pressure or disrespectful behavior, would greatly improve the patient experience."
