"The experience was great . . . once it started. Everybody was extremely nice and pleasant through the entire process. I would have given 5 stars, but my wait time was way too long. The office opens ant 0800, but opened about 5 minutes early - excellent job of seeing people waiting outside and opening. I was the second person in the door and checked in, but it took over an hour to see me . . . there was only ONE person in front of me . . . others that came in after me were seen before me. I don’t quite understand how that happens or the logic behind it. Why make an effort to show up early when you’re not going to be seen until an hour later . . . probably because my wait would have been two or three hours. Other than that, everything else was great - good job!"
"Everything went well. The employees were very informative about what’s to happen and everything I needed to do. The nurses were attentive to my needs and let me know what was needed in order to continue furthering my career. I went for a dot physical and was able to obtain all the information needed to go to the next level. Was able to obtain my physical and medical card with no hassle I would recommend to anyone trying to do the same or just need some medical help in general"
