"Absolutely the rudest and most uncaring case workers. My poor father is being held in the hospital for days as we wait on the case worker to literally FAX over his medical records. Our CNA was terrific!"

"The nurses, staff and all team members worked to make sure I got the best care and treatment possible. I didn't have to wait long to get in and out. My total time was 8 hours. Word of advice though Everyone is short staffed even the hospital so keep that in mind. Also keep in mind they're doing the best they can to get everyone seen in a timely manner and if you aren't critical you need to wait your turn like everyone else because everyone else in there is sick too and honestly we don't want to have to sit there and listen to how sick you are or how long you've been waiting because 9 times out of 10 we don't care. And the more you complain the longer you're going to sit there."

"I give this place 5 stars I have used St. Francis OBGYN for the last 4 years. I have never had a bad experience with them. The only issue is when I delivered my baby and one of the nurses that came in was not knowledgeable of my medical history, gave me an unpleasant experience, but the management of St. Francis spoke with me and the situation was handled at that time. The birthing experience here at this hospital was great and my midwife was excellent in handling all of my care through pregnancy and afterwards."
