"The customer service was terrible, I had to wait while the manager was horse playing with an employee for 10 minutes to make a medium hulk, then when I asked about my order she asked me what I ordered so I gave her the receipt, she continued to ask what I ordered so I said a medium hulk strawberry, it’s on the receipt, she then walked off in a pink medical scrubs out fit and told someone to make his hulk after I was already waiting from 5:11pm to 5:23 pm for a hulk drink that never before took this long the Decatur location needed training on customer service and reading the receipts, I’m highly disappointed in the careless behavior that came from the staff here"

"I've been coming to this location for years. I do not patronize this location everyday but I have patronized the business enough to know that the customer service could be better. I feel like the staff is very nonchalant and act like your bothering them. If you do not like working with people. Then why are you working in a industry that deals with customers service? Make it make sense for me?? The smoothies could ne blended better as well. I'm just going to stop going to this location. I rather deal with a business that is grateful for their customers. Without customers. You do not have a business."

"Customer service is TRASH! I ordered a bowl and waited for 5 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have any bowls. I then asked for a smoothie and waited 10 minutes for them to tell me the lady didn't ring the order up. Each of these ladies are disgustingly rude, unprofessional, and lack customer service skills. I took my business across the street to Tropical Smoothie Cafe where the customer service is superb and the food is phenomenal."

"January 5 2023 at around 7:45 am . I purchased a power meal smoothie via app. I selected 32 ounce as I normally do. At pickup dispute ordering ahead I still had to wait at least 10 min before receiving order via drive though . I was handed a 20ounce. I explained I selected a 32 ounce and unsure of what glitch the app made. Showed my app and reward status and requested it be made into a 32 ounce. Cashier refused and was rude . Says once it’s made it’s too late . I decided to now go inside. Despite it being the same price since I was a member . At that point I requested a refund in which she then tried to charge me for another smoothie after I clearly stated I wanted a refund . I sat the smoothie untouched back on the counter . She then tells another walk in that the lobby is closed . Do better with customer service and teach them the guarantee model"

"Very bad experience, placed an in app order for three smoothie, decided to go through the drive thru being I had a toddler in tow. Waited about 10 minutes in the drive thru before deciding to go inside. Once inside. I waited several more minutes past the time my order should've been completed. I also watched a customer come in, place and receive their order before I received mine. As my order was finally being prepared I asked for a plastic cup for my childs smoothie because as most smoothie kings know children poke holes through styrofoam therefore they automatically place kid size smoothies in plastic. I was told they do not have plastic cups for kids and could not place the smoothie in a bigger plastic cup and could not give me a plastic cup. I asked for a refund on my order because what's the use of paying for a smoothie when it would be wasted. The cashier only refunded the kids smoothie when I wanted the whole order refunded, I just threw my hands up and reluctantly accepted the rest of my order as my toddler cried in wonder of where her smoothie was...visit again?...absolutely not"
