"Stopped by for a quick snack on my way home from Church only to receive fries that were cooked in oil that had been there for a century according to its taste. I was sent to pull over and wait and the crystals were equally nasty. I would say that it was a good deal except I don't care to pay $7 in change for a bag of garbage. Crystal is my favorite guilty pleasure and I was disgusted more than I was disappointed!"
"730am, Waited for a while and nobody every took our order. As we were leaving we saw three people standing in the drive through window huddled up. Guess they didn't want our business. We went to the Hardee's down the street and it was fast and delicious."
"Their big street sign says open 24 hours, the sign on their window at the drive through says open until 2am Sunday through Thursday and 24 hours Friday and Saturday. Yet when I went through the drive through at 11:20 pm on Wednesday evening I was told that I could not order ant of the sliders because they close at midnight and close their grill at 11pm. Even if they do close at midnight it seems absurd to close your grills an hour before closing and are therefore u anable to serve their main dish."
"Drove over 12 hours to get to the hotel from Dallas and saw krystal and wanted to give it a try. Says Open on sign and 24 hours drive thru. I pull up and place looks vandalized with every light on and no one inside. Terrible 1st experience and they need to either fix it or sell it."
"Came 12 mins before breakfast ended and asked the cashier if it was OK to order breakfast. I ordered the scrambled in cup and if was half filled and a piece of cold cheese thrown on top and I took it back and they fixed it but blamed me for coming for breakfast late."
