"Jets does not use fresh mushrooms, something I found out the hard way adding them to my pizza for the first time and getting a chewy soggy mess. While I love the turbo crust, I’ll probably never be back because the pizza is always a letdown whenever I try to add toppings. Also, arrived at the time we were told the order would be ready (30 min from time of ordering) and when we arrived, was told it would be another 20-30 minutes. Incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, probably won’t be back to jets anymore after this last experience."
"Don't bother!! I've always loved Jets pizza. This location (Roswell) is NOT up to par in any aspect. It took 3hrs for delivery and it wasn't during a busy time. That is just the standard for them. No one answers the phone. They are not friendly or understanding. The pizza was cold once it finally arrived. The brownie was a brick and not at all edible. And don't bother calling to tell them, they DON'T CARE. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. The reviews are sadly accurate."
"Had to wait too long. I text to order and came at my appointed time for pick up. I asked how much longer, and after waiting 25 minutes past the promised time. I was told I haven’t been waiting that long. No apology. No remorse. I should have read the reviews. To exchange $40 for pizza & wings, I expect better service & timeliness. Resolution could have been as simple as, can I get you a drink? Or I’ll throw in some breadsticks, or I’ll get you a discount."
"Firstly, I want to give a shout-out to the manager who was very professional and polite with awesome customer service skills. The restaurant was closing, and I told him how I drove from xyz to get a pepperoni boat pizza that I've been craving for the last two days. He politely took my order. So it was made to order fresh. It was so good. Hot and yummy. The other staff was nice. They were in the process of getting things in order to close. The restaurant was clean."
"If you're wondering why your online order takes so long from this location, it's because the manager has a chip on his shoulder about having to use delivery app services and purposefully delays making all UberEats and DoorDash orders. If this were a rating for enacting a vendetta against delivery apps, they'd get five stars. But as a rating for having a functional pizza delivery business, they get the lowest possible. Not to mention the pizza looks like something you'd get from Chucky Cheese."
