"We ordered from the Brunch menu and so our party greatly enjoyed sharing a wide variety of brunch themed Spanish tapas plates! We are also dropped in an order of the French toast and the Mixta paellas. Service was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful outdoor seating!"

"Overall a good experience. Flavorful. Friendly staff. Recommended. Had reservations for an early Saturday dinner at 5:00. Not very busy inside but noticed it had started to get a bit more crowded on our way out in the patio area. The menu is extensive. Looking forward to trying some of the other choices on our next visit. My wife and I enjoyed our experience."

"We visited this restaurant as a group of 4 on a Thursday evening when they have flamenco dancers and music. It took us back to our visit to Spain. They are located inside a small plaza away from the main road and have a large seating area on the sidewalk. The vibe is very European. The owner was very accommodating- I had made a reservation on the phone but for some reason they did not have it in their records. She apologized and seated us without a fuss even though they were clearly packed to the brim. The food was great, not the best Spanish food in town but well above average. We ordered the seafood paella which was tasty but lacked the socarrat at the bottom of the dish which I used to like in Spain. The portions are generous and the sangria is strong and not too sweet. Overall a great experience."

"What a beautiful Spanish restaurant with live music! They have cute little high tables. Great tapas options and really good drinks. Our sever was really courteous and quick with everything we ordered! I will be back with my families and will get the paella"

"So great! We loved our experience here at Madrid Spanish Taverna…delicious food, friendly service, and a cozy ambiance that made us feel like we truly were in Madrid! We loved the “patatas bravas” and “tabla de quesos y olivas”. As former residents of Spain, we can say that these dishes were very authentic. And very flavorful! The “tortilla española” was also very good. The sangria was delicious, and the kids loved their juices. The albóndigas were a big hit, as was just about everything else. And we topped off our dinner with “churros con chocolate”. Yummy! We were able to sit out back in the enclosed patio, with heaters. In warmer weather, there’s also open air seating in the back. A first class experience all around, and we’ll surge come back!"
