"This location is poorly ran, the workers never want to work even though they are the ones who applied for the job. Went in for coffee, they advised that they are only taking DOOR DASH AND UBER EATS ORDERS. How are you not serving the customers that drive up? Also they don’t know how to make coffee, you ask for sugar you get none, you don’t ask for sugar you get plenty, Please restructure this location.The owner doesn’t care or respond to reviews which shows why the business is the way it is. Lastly, it seems this stretch of TARA.BLVD has some poorly ran restaurants."

"Ummm this Dunkin needs an upgraded staff and monitor supplies way better. I go to this location daily due to connivence. On Monday 2/5/24 I asked for a toasted English muffin with extra butter. There was hardly any butter on my muffin. I went Wednesday 2/7/24 and waited 5 mins at the speaker for my order to be taken, just to find out they have no oat milk. I go today Friday 2/9/24 and asked for my regular French vanilla ice coffee with oat milk and sugar just to hear “we only doing hot coffee” smh. Like put a sign on the speaker of what your out of so the customer is not wasting time. I’m sick of them being out of supplies. Do better in managing the inventory!"

"Keep driving! So sad this is the only DD on Tara. It has ghetto and incompetent workers. Today I received a days old blueberry muffin that was so hard it was inedible. One of my wake up wraps had nearly raw bacon on it. Service was terrible! There's no scanner to scan your offers and pay app AT THE MAIN COUNTER. The manager had on gloves preparing catering and mobile orders, stopped to assist incompetent cashier and went right back WITH THE SAME GLOVE preparing someone's order. She talked to the workers like they were her kids. Based on the service I received, they might have been. Slow! Unprofessional! Unempathetic! Ridiculous!"

"After ordering me and my friend donuts and french vanilla Frappuccino I saw 2 different people who were behind me got their orders before mine, I just don't understand why pls don't think is fair whats the point of waiting in a long line."

"Stopped by for some ice cream. A few people ahead of us. They got served pretty quick. I fact another person came in and ordered right in front of us and bypassed the line. We were told to wait, 20 minutes later, two employees walked out, and the only one left was serving the drive-through. Again, he said he would be with us in a bit. 35 minutes later, we walked out!!!"
