"This is rare that a pizza place gets it all right and the food comes fresh (did not have to warm it up) it came perfect exactly the way I asked for.. A special thanks to Brandon for getting everything correct and not forgetting anything. I have literally never had a better experience at a pizza place."

"I love Marcos but this location is terrible, they messed my order up 3 times and the 3rd time I called and they pretty much told me to order extra items to cover what they forget, like what? Your not supposed to make the order correctly? They have attitudes where is the customer service? It’s crazy they couldn’t give me a solution to my problem said they would call back 4 hours later they said they would give a $5 credit but with no information on how to use it, I just want my food made right and if it’s made wrong to be fixed with no hesitation"

"The manager on duty Jasmine White has the worst customer service ever. She refuse to give me the owner or regional manager information. My order was delivered to the wrong address and when I call to ask about my order she said I gave her the wrong address. I asked her to please pull the call and listen because I never gave you a incorrect address. She told I did like I don't know my address instead of taking responsibility of an error. I went to the location after speaking with her and it was the most disrespectful unprofessional experience in my life from a business. I ask her to pull the call and I wanted a refund and apology. She stated that will not happen and ask me to leave the store and still refuse to give me the owner or manager over her information."

"I order delivery pizza from here today and it was 40 minutes late. I called the store and the manager want to tell me that all in person get done, then the deliveries. I just wanted a refund and she really did not want to give me a refund. She stated the lady was close by now after 40 minutes has passed by. 8 minutes later the young lady was here. She was waiting outside my door - I had contactless delivery. When I open my door, she was sitting down on my porch stool - holding my pizza. As I aspected my pizza cold and nasty. $35.76 down the drain. I used to like this location; however, its not the same anymore which is a disappointment!"

"I enjoy Marco's but sad to say my experience at this location was horrible!!! I ordered inside the location, said I wanted no mushrooms on my specialty pizza The worker typed & wrote down no mushrooms...The pizza had a ton of mushrooms! They asked me if I wanted it remade, I said no since there were people yeah they have already waited over 40 minutes for their orders. And I must have lost my mind because I didn't even notice the health score wasn't 81 until I walked out. I hated my experience."
