"I ordered 2 medium pizzas. One pepperoni pan and one Italian sausage hand tossed. I walked in and spoke, the manager was sitting down and one of the associates was just standing there. The manager then got up and came to the register, but didn't say anything, so I just looked and said hello again, and his reply was "wassup". Got my food and the pepperoni didn't really have any cheese on it. Seemed to have an attitude because I asked could it be made over. They did make it over but just added more SAUCE and still no cheese. I will never come back to this location. Their attitudes suck and does not belong in customer service."
"Paid for extra cheese and did not receive the extra chees on two medium pizzas. Pizzas were overcooked and hard. Cheesesticks were hard as well and overcooked. Food was room temperature when it arrived. Cookie was fine and timing of delivery was satisfactory. Overall, disappointing experience at this location."
"This is the worst Pizza Hut! They delivered a smashed pizza after two hours of waiting when it was suppose to be 41-51 min to delivery.. did not bring both pizzas only one and would not send the driver back to take the pizza.. they refused to refund my money and said bring the pizza up there myself to get my money back! I will def be contacting corporate in the morning"
"If I could give zero stars I would! The absolute worst experience ever ordering pizza. I ordered my pizza at 5:03 p.m. it was supposed to be delivered around 5:48 p.m., it’s 7:24 p.m. and my pizza was just delivered. The driver didn’t even ring my doorbell and just slung my pizza at the door.the pizza is folded up in the box from being slung around as well. The pizza is extremely cold, the store was rude when I complained. Absolutely terrible service!"
"I ordered 3 pizzas on a Sunday evening as a last minute thing. Made the mistake of not checking them before leaving. They were all so over cooked that the sauce was literally dry. Never again. Horrible service."
