"I ordered fresh to the door delivery last night at 5:52 pm. Never received it. Called at 7:08 pm was advised we would have it in a few. At 7:20 pm pulled up the tracker and it said delivery completed, enjoy your order. I called back at 7:27 pm and was advised it was under investigation. I live 3 mins from this location. By then it could have been remade and delivered. I told the rep I was just going to dispute the charges and order Papa John's Pizza which I did. I love Domino's but this was very inconvenient for service I had already paid for and your staff couldn't come up with a resolution."
"This location is a hit or miss and most of the time they miss. Placed a order for Medium extra sauce, extra cheese, and extra Pepperoni. This is what I got a pizza drying than the desert."
"I got raw brownies and I called this store to tell them and the manager said it was impossible for me to have raw brownies because their ovens on a timer. I've included a picture because he stood by the fact that they couldn't be raw because they're on a timer, he kept repeating that and insinuating that I was wrong, which challenged my integrity. I don't lie about things. Here's a picture of my raw brownies."
