CVS

"Went in to CVS at 810pm (they do not close until 9pm) I wanted to use their money services that they offer daily, the female staff member I spoke to said it was too late in the day to do that because she would have to recount the register. The service is advertised as available until closing time and while doing your job and recounting the register may be inconvenient she is literally getting paid to do so. Not impressed, not professional. Another female staff member was standing to the left of me yelling at another employee on staff about taking her handbag in to the pharmacy area of the store and accusing her of stealing. Keep driving and go to another CVS. I will say the male staff member and older female who is usually there are wonderful but evening staff 12/12 unprofessional and chaotic."

"Medications are always on back order. The lady at the window is super rude. And I never get notifications on meds that are on back order either. I had hoped to have a better experience here but it's been 5 months and still have problems."

"Went into this store yesterday and I always buy the bags of heavenly Light popcorn for health reasons when they are on sale at $1.99. I put all the bags they had in a cart but when I got to the self check out they rang up at $3.99 so a nice young lady came to help me and I showed her the sign that said $1.99. However, the signage people forget to take the end of sale sign down but she was very nice and said I will honor this price and ring you up. Just about then another employee approached and said we can only give you one at that price and I said I do not understand when your price sign is here. Even the young lady that was waiting on me said she did not know that policy. The other employee was very rude and I said no I will not get any. The rude employee seemed angry but I told her I worked in retail for years and wrong signage goes in favor of customer. I have been a customer of CVS but no more. If this is a policy, it should be clearly shown. I hope not honoring giving me 8 bags of popcorn at $1.99 was worth it."

"The lady named Angel , or Star , can’t remember , at the front cash register was really rude to me . She refused to scan the only coupon I had . Why ? Because she said I wasn’t allowed to use a coupon for 1 of the 3 items I was buying . I kindly asked her , why don’t you just scan it and see if it goes through . And she rudely told me “ how about I don’t scan the coupon “ . I just left the items and left . I went to the other CVS down the road from there and they did scan my coupon and it went through with no issues . Management please teach her better ."

"I scheduled a flu shot for 2 and was right on time. They were busy and with other walk ins for flu shots. So I sat and watched 3 walk ins get flu shots before me. It is now 220 and she is still waiting on others with their paperwork. Then she says oh Ms Gibson I didn't see your information in my stack and handed me a clip board to fill out. I said I filled all this information on the phone application. She said the system was not working or pulling the app up so I had to refill out paperwork. It is now 235 and I was about to walk out when she finally called me. This is horrible customer service and I will not be back."
