"I am giving this particular CVS a 5 star for several reasons. However, the most important is attention to Patient/ Customer relationships. I have been to others. Not like this. This CVS is the best , as far as Customer Service and pharmacy. Yes , on the phone you may wait a while, however getting the help and getting the attention necessary is given especially when Mr T is there . Thank you so very much for paying Attention to detail and understanding."
"Brittany is the best team member there! Y’all have amazing pharmacy members. The new head pharmacist is a tad rude for my liking but the rest of the staff is amazing. Brittany goes the extra mile to ensure I get the best price available on my prescriptions. She is kind, genuine, and extremely helpful. Y’all need to give that woman a raise because she makes each customer smile every time they see her. Especially me. There’s also a very kind new young man there too. He is extremely kind and helpful as well! The computer system is slow and messes up the employee’s ability to go as fast as possible. That is my only complaint about this store."
"I would give 0 stars if possible. After a family member went to pick up a prescription, they said they didn't have it, the doctor called them and the dude with glasses told the doctor it's In the system. Another family member went and the same guy said it wasn't in the system. I was then sent to pick up the prescription and after waiting for an hour in line, the SAME guy told me it wasn't in the system. The doctor once again called and he said it's in the system then proceeded to tell me to go to the back of line upon which I waited 40 more minutes. Horrible employees and horrible service. Don't waste your time here."
