"I like the vegetables and meats at kroger. The kroger app can be aggravating. A few times I have had difficulty finding things, and none of the employees could find them either. However, for the most part, Kroger is convenient and fast to get in and out of. Sure beats Walmart if you are in a hurry. The gas rewards are also a bonus."

"My husband and I are regular shoppers at this site. We are happy being able to find most of the things we want and the staff are friendly and helpful. Yesterday, Tuesday, 17th July while we were there an announcement was made. It was a contest asking customers to report if the cashiers didn't greet them or greet them with a smile. I found this unprofessional and disrespectful to the staff. If they aren't smiling maybe talk to them and find out if they are alright. Treat your staff with respect and take care of them and they will have your back. I found this contest in poor taste and quite disturbing. I don't know if the woman who made the announcement was the manager but if she is, I suggest you do better!! Listen to your employees and treat them fairly and cut out any favoritism. Basic management 101. Remember if your staff are happy your customers are happy!! Be kind."
