"I forgot a pkg. and upon rtc. to the store the nonchalant white clerk acted like, 'so what', I haven't seen it. Now you said you haven't left the counter and didn't see anything. My, my! And she didn't apologize or try to find out any details, nor offer to replace the merchandise. NO positive CUSTOMER SERVICE in that store. So, when customers are treated as though they don't matter they STOP patronizing."
"Guys, I come up here with my 2 kids. Guys this place was great already, because I never feel judged I always feel welcome. Always. But today. 9/22/2023 my cashier was Kelvin H. He was the most wonderful person. So wonderful. I will always go to this store. I recommend to anyone that reads this review."
"Stay away ! I live close by and use this store about once a week. It seems that lately when I go the store is not up to standards. The place feels downright bad. Recently I went for peanut butter and couldn’t find it. I searched for quite a while without a single soul to help me around anywhere. I finally tracked down the manager and had to actually chase him down to get him to help me. When I did find what I was looking for I went to the register to check out. The workers were unfriendly and didn’t want to be there. The service was less than poor. There also was a shootout there recently where two individuals got into an argument and one pulled out a pistol and shot the other. I won’t be back and I doubt they care. I will be going to Publix. It’s more expensive and further away but I feel safe and welcome."
"This is a great place to go to get cheap meatd for very good quantity. My only problem is that they charge 10% at the register. But it's not a big issue. But I do highly recommend the store."
"Only been twice but so far I like it. A wide variety to shop for different cuisine styles. Love the fresh herbs such as basil, thyme and rosemary and the amount that comes packaged. Store has been clean and cashiers are friendly. The people working around the store aren’t as friendly. They kind of stare like you’re in their way even if you’re not. Maybe that’s just me but it won’t stop me from shopping. Fresh meats available and things you don’t find at your standard local grocery stores. This locations parking lot is pretty damaged, coming in and out there are several potholes to avoid."
