"I have stood in line at the pharmacy for the last time! This time it was over 20 minutes. It is not the frontline employees. They are working (not goofing off). This is management’s fault from not properly staffing the pharmacy checkout. Also, Publix’s sales ads are awful. Hardly anything I want is ever on sale for a reasonably good price. There is just no need to come here anymore. Very sad. I used to really like Publix."

"I go get a sub/wrap from the deli once or twice a week. One out of the last 10 times has my sandwich been prepared at the pickup time. It doesn’t matter if it’s 11am, lunch rush, or 5pm. Doesn’t matter if you order it 30 min or 3 hours before. I have to wait in line & say I have an online order for 15 minutes ago. It’s like they don’t even check the online orders."

"Great Publix! Clean, friendly staff, love the bakery and the folks back there as well as all those in the deli area! The produce folks are helpful and the meat folks happily help when needed and are extremely informative when it comes to meat questions. We love all the individual meal items they sell and the hot deli items they offer. Subs are always great! Service desk is always willing to look something up and we always seem to find a good find on the little clearance corner!"

"I have been calling this Publix since February 06, 2023. I purchased a birthday cake for $70 and it was old I’m not sure how when I ordered it on a Friday requested to pick up on a Sunday for a party. I have never been so disappointed with Publix cakes. I have ordered cakes from Publix (not this one) for many years for every occasion or event I can think of and never have I received a stale cake. I have left my number for bakery manager asked for store manager even told that the store manager was in front of the bakery standing, by an employee who had me hold then she came back and said she told me to get your number but never a call from anyone. DO NOT ORDER PASTRY PIES CAKE FROM THIS PUBLIX GO TO ANOTHER STORE!"
