Sprouts Farmers Market

"I absolutely love this supermarket! Every time I pay the store a visit, the staff are always super pleasant and very helpful. If I can’t find something that I’m looking for, someone is always nearby to give a helping hand. I have received help several times from store associate EK Wesley. He literally walks with me throughout the store to show me the item I was having difficulty finding and even extends the courtesy to offer additional help if needed. The food items are incredibly fresh and the store associates are constantly restocking the shelves for sold out items. I’m not too familiar with any of the other locations, but the staff at Decatur keep me coming back!"

"Many thanks for the excellent customer service that I received from Kevin (1/21/24) when I called this store looking for a hard to find item that I had been driving around to several stores trying to locate. He was so helpful. He made sure that the item was in ,stock told me exactly where to locate it and even offered to hold it for me. I had received such a terrible runaround at the previous store, so his kindness and customer service was a balm to my tired & hungry soul. That made my day better. Thank you."

"Sprouts is one of my favorite markets for fresh produce & good vegan selections. Regarding bagging of groceries, bring your own bags or be prepared to pay for reusable & perishable plastic bags. Actually, I like the updated concept of bring your own bags; to me, it's shows a conscious effort in helping our planet, our place called home to forest & to oceans."

"I’ve been shopping with Sprouts in Decatur since opening day. I work nearby so I visit this store at least twice a week. The muffins use to be my favorite now the price of a muffin is just too much. Hey I understand that prices have to go up. With that being said on July 14, 2023 I decided to buy a muffin. I did some shopping before I made my way over to the muffins. As soon as I got to the muffins to my surprise there was bugs crawling all over them. I spoke to the cashier that was on duty that morning and told her what I saw. She immediately walked back to the bakery section and had someone come up to remove all of the muffins that were contaminated by the bugs. The cashier handled the situation so well I decided not to post the video of the bugs. Fast forward to July,15 2023 I walked over to the muffins and was surprised to see all of the muffins wrapped in individual baggies no way bugs could get in the bags. The bakery team did well by doing this. So now we can move to July ,17 2023 the muffins are no longer wrapped. I think I will pass on the muffin at this store. There’s no way this type of bug problem can be eradicated in 3 days. I will continue to shop for fruits and vegetables and vitamins at this location. Never again muffins . And to the cashier that was on duty I promised you that I would mention you in my review you know who you are and sprouts management can easily find out your name. I just want them to know that your customer service skills are top notch you took care of the situation immediately. The management team should listen to your ideas on how to fix this problem. Sorry for the long review."
