Kroger

"Probably the only Kroger that will make you want to go to Walmart lol What a raggedy store - from the parking lot to the checkout late. Kroger has put Zero effort and pride into making this location being inviting or up to date like many of its other stores. The parking lot surface is full of potholes. The spaces are so tight. The store front is always messy. Most of the other stores in the plaza have cleaned up their store fronts to give their stores a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Meanwhile this Kroger is stuck in the 90s. The interior is just as bad as the exterior - outdated and unorganized. Checkout is a nightmare - usually two cashier operated lanes are open and 3 of the 8 or 10 self checkout machines are operable. I don’t know if anyone else in the reviews has said it, but I will - the majority of the clientele is not white enough to qualify this store for a remodel. Luckily, there’s an Aldi and Walmart in walking distance of this nightmare of a store. The next closest Kroger is about 15 minutes away. But you’ll pass a Publix on your way there so might as well go there."

"Check your receipt!!!! My hubby stopped by for groceries. We had a coupon for a free sausage THAT DID NOT GET SCANNED AT CHECKOUT!! He went back to see what happened to the coupon? "Oh, you'll have to call corporate" was the answer. This location just lost out on thousands instead of handing over our 6.00 free sausage.. NIIICE!!"

"By far the worst grocery store. Whether it’s being accosted by panhandlers in the parking lot, not being able to get a cart bc the ones outside are chained, never restocking their items, displays stuffed into aisles to make it hard to maneuver with the cart (you had to go back to the parking lot caddy to retrieve), telling the manager, Lloyd, ab it and him providing a condescendingly smug response and not actually listening to a customer wanting to have a better shooing experience at his store, or leaving this janky grocery store only to have your cart lock up when you walk outside. This place sucks. Do better, Kroger."

"They had a huge variety of items, security on site and within the parking lot, they’re open late, and had great prices! They also offered several other convenient stores/services within the grocery store itself: jewelry repair, beauty salon, a phone recycle machine etc I don’t have a Kroger close to me back home (Florida) so I especially appreciate my visit when I ever come across one! My family and I only stopped by to purchase groceries for our Airbnb, but these store definitely has a lot to offer for those living within the neighborhood."

"I shop here almost all the time. I love the bread selections they offer. I used to have my prescription glasses from an ophthalmologist inside the store. They try their best to keep it clean. You can tell when someone is trying. Checking out can be a little problematic at times but not always. Only in few instances. Same for the Customer Service area. I suggest they separate the Customer Service area from the Western Union and all other transactions that they offer. Overall, a good place to shop at."
