"I visited dollar tree on Thursday, October 5,2023 @ 3:06 pm. The line was long so the lead, supervisor, or manager came out of the office to open up another register to assist the 1 cashier that was serving other customers. I proceeded to get in the new line that was opened & there was a gentleman in front of me who purchased & paid for his items & the cashier or whatever her position was there greeted him with courtesy & asked him how was he doing like normal greeting of an individual but when it was my turn she never looked at or acknowledged me or said a word of greeting to me. The only thing she said was the total of my purchase. It was as if I didn’t exist or matter and it really hurt my feelings because I felt like she only greeted male customers and did not acknowledge female customers for whatever reason. I shop at Dollar Tree every week & I have never encountered anything but excellent customer service until today. I will continue to shop there but whoever that lady was who served me today needs retraining on how to treat customers"

"This is actually the very first Dollar Tree that I ever shopped at. When it boils down to Dollar Tree, WHAT IS THERE NOT TO LIKE? EVERYTHING IS A DOLLAR!!!! Many kudos to the founders of this chain. I wish they would bring back the gumball bubble gums. Fond memories of buying those for my mom (RIP). Update: The old location of the Dollar Tree is no more. They have moved to 4855 Flat Shoals Parkway where the Rite Aid was located. Grand opening was this week and it was well needed for such a popular and affordable chain. We needed this......especially since this was the first Dollar Tree I ever visited. More space, brighter and convenient for both customers and workers alike. Update 2.22.22: Nothing last forever....as we all know now Dollar Tree is now $1.25 and up....only a few things are still $1 now.....shoutouts to Dee.....best manager in the business!"

"This is a good Dollar Tree store. The staff here are friendly, courteous and professional. The store could use a little bit of tidying up but that’s because the customers are messy shoppers. Its a busy store so the staff here expend a lot of energy checking people out and getting them on their way. Maybe they need to hire part-timers to help cover the busy periods and keep the store clean, stocked and organized."
