"Today I brought my Dog to this establishment. The establishment had a weird smell to it and it was fair on cleanliness. I was very upset on how they treated me as a client and my furry pet. They asked me to leave because “ my dog is hard to deal when he sees the owner”.. I told them I would stay because I want to see how they deal with my child. They take him to the bathtub and he was perfectly fine. They did not wash him completely. They did not clean his paws or his private area. They take him to the back we’re I began to hear my dog screaming. Yes ! I said screaming… Which truly had me upset and mad. The groomer put him to the back table and she did not know I was watching her. But she just began to pull on his hair. He was not matted or anything and when she noticed me watching . She asked me to remove my self from the dogs view and hers. To leave and go out side. She said “ the dog could hear me” I was not speak and he could not see me. After I told her I was not going to move. I wanted to see how she was handling him. She got VERY MAD AND BASICALLY SAID I CANT DO YOUR DOG. NOW LEAVE AND DONT COME BACK…. This is not how you treat peoples pets and owners. This establishment I question their policies because I have worked in a dog grooming salon and as a dog trainer. This is not how things should be addressed."

"This is the best grooming my dog has ever received. His coat is so soft and fluffy. The staff listened to what I wanted, but my dog looked better than I hoped for. The groomers at this place are highly skilled."

"The way you talk to customers or the way you respond to their grooming requests can go a long way. I will say this depends on who you deal with. I've had great results there. But on my last visit with a different groomer who was slightly rude and disregarded what I asked for was enough for me."

"Got 2 stars because they do a nice cut job. But didn't get more because they are prone to checking your dog in and forgetting about them. This last time we brought our dog in at 10 a.m. but didn't get him out until a quarter past five, over 7 hours. Their response was "well, we had an unruly dog and had to do them first." THAT took five hours or more?!!? IF you like your dog to get a nice cut and don't care when you get the dog back feel free to use Mud Puppy. Otherwise don't waste you time..."
