Apalachee River came highly recommend by two friends of mine, so I called to get an appointment. They were able to get me in same-day with Dr. Hughes. Immediately after meeting with her, I felt at ease. She provided a detailed synopsis of what was going on and scheduled surgery for the next morning to have the growth removed. Her attention to detail and empathetic nature is exactly what I was missing in a vet, so I’m grateful that we’ve found her. They also called to follow-up the next day after surgery — it’s clear they go above and beyond!"

"Awesome experience! I usually take my dogs to a different vet. Called when they opened on a Saturday and told them we had discovered an abscess on my dog’s back the evening before. They got us in within 30 minutes and had a super nice vet, Dr. Prezzano, check our dog out. He explained everything very well, and we had our meds and were out the door by 9am. All staff were very understanding and nice, even on a busy weekend day. Would definitely use them again!"
