"This pharmacy deserves more than 5 stars! I have never experienced any troubles with anyone that works here. I am unable to use this location as much as I did anymore since I live too far away, but anytime I can - I ask for my prescription to be filled here! I have had negative experiences at the location closest to me and wish Hamilton Mill staff could teach them a thing or two about customer service. Truly can’t find it better than Hamilton Mill!"

"Clint is amazing. He has went above and beyond multiple times for my family and I. He’s went back and forth between doctors and insurance when I was having an issue getting something covered and one Sunday he spoke with my vet multiple times to make sure my dog got the people version of his heart medication when our mail in prescription was running behind. In the day of automated phone systems it’s so nice to be able to speak with someone who genuinely wants to help you."

"I work here and I absolutely love it! Everything from the experience to the smiling customers makes me excited to work here. Very nice assosiates and mostly nice customers. Here at Publix, we place customers first and to me, I place others first and that's a big reason why I work here as well. I love taking out carts and conversing with customers and while management frequently changes, they are always good quality people that help both assosiates and customers not only meet their needs, but leave smiling. Hours are very flexible and it's a pleasure shopping here! Lots of coupons out there too, and we deliver as well."

"Clint isn’t here today. Pharmacist lost my prescription and although they have it in the system they refuse to fill it. Leaving tonight for a trip and told them earlier I had to have it and they did not tell me they wouldn’t fill until I show up to pick it up. Doctor office is closed had I been told I could have gone to doctor first and picked up new prescription now I am just screwed. Pulling all my business out of here. And sorry I won’t be shopping here either I shop where my meds are. Sorry Clint you have been great. Whole situation not handled well at all. Pharmacist name is Victoria."
