"I have been a loyal customer for the past 9 years. The events that happened yesterday should have never taken place. I dropped off my dogs to get groomed at 8:15 and was told my dogs would be ready for pick up before closing. I arrived to pick up my dogs at 5:20, upon arriving there was a paper sign on the door stating they were closing early. No one called me to let me know the shop would be closing earlier than usual and I would have picked my dogs up before the shop closed. Finally someone appeared and I explained to them my dogs were at the groomers and there was no one available to return me my dogs. The person who assisted me and said before I give you your dogs pay first. I was charged a knotting fee to detangle my dogs fur even though my dog was completely shaved. I asked for a trim not a shave. My other dogs fur was cut shorter than I requested as well but not as bad as my schnauzer. Never will I be retiring to this facility as there was complete negligence with the care of my dogs and their grooming was not at all what I requested. Also, not to mention, my bichon had a bloody cut on the top of his nose."
