"They’re a money mill chain veterinarian that scam customers who care about their pets by ensuring you have to come in for a check in for every single thing. Bedside manner of their vets is something to be desired as well. Awful customer experience all around. Use a local vet, not a chain like this place looking to nickel and dime you when it’s not required or necessary."

"Do not recommend. I took my rescue dog there last December for a check up and a couple of vaccines the rescue didn't provide. He had a short lapse in heartworm prevention as well, so, got a test, which was negative. Prescribed heartworm/flea & tick preventatives. Got 6 months and refilled in May. Needed some vaccines in October, so, did his yearly checkup and all the vaccines. Next month, November, needs heartworm prevention. Get this, they need to give him an exam and heartworm test before refilling his prescription. I explained that he had not missed any preventatives and had just had a checkup 6 weeks ago. Not good enough. Their policy/scam is to examine and test! I feel this is NOT to insure pet health, but, to generate extra income. Beware! I was sold a 1 month refill, so, I have a few weeks to weigh my options. Also, I have never "seen" a vet. He was taken in the back for his tests and vaccinations."

"I would never bring my dog here or refer anyone to bring theirs. My mom’s dog has, sorry HAD a seizure disorder. Our poor Simba suffered a massive seizure because he was under dosed with his seizure medications that Dr. R Conner had prescribed. After the fact, multiple vet hospitals outside of Banfield told us that he was not receiving an adequate dose of seizure medications. We eventually had to take him to the UGA Vet Hospital for further evaluation by a neurologist who also confirmed the same. His massive seizure had led to significant and permanent brain damage ultimately causing pulmonary edema and severe neurological deficits. 5 days after his massive seizure, we had to say goodbye to him. Prior to his massive seizure, he had a smaller seizure after which he was taken to Banfield. Even then Dr. Conner only increased his dose WITHOUT increasing the frequency of his medication - something ALL of the other vets immediately identified as the cause of his uncontrolled seizures. How could we ever trust a “vet” like that again? I’ll be taking my own pup elsewhere from now on as well. Would NOT recommend."
