"When the girl came around to ask what vaccines my dog needed, I specifically told her that he needed DHPP so he could be boarded. She gave him the bordetella but not the DHPP, meaning I had to dash around to find a boarding facility at the last minute because the place I'd reserved required it. Part of it is my fault for not checking the receipt and making sure she had actually done it, but part of it is hers for not doing what I SPECIFICALLY asked for. I'll be more careful in the future because they obviously aren't going to be. At least one of the technicians was nice."

"The only thing I wish is that there could be a "service" line and a "medication" line. Feel like those who just need routine meds that aren't OTC for pets could be in and out a lot easier. That said, the Vetco members who staff this location on Saturdays is amazing!"
