"The ladies were friendly until I told them I would be leaving a review. Upon arriving to the appointment they did not accept my dog and advised that I take him to a vet first to get him shaved as he was too matted; then she said that she could see him. Once I told her I would be leaving a review she said “well if I take a picture of your dog you wouldn’t look too good either” That’s the point of taking him to a groomer as we are no longer able to bathe him properly ourselves as his hair is super long, he needs a flea bath and a and a consistent professional service altogether. She also advised that I waited to long to take him to get groomed- Never knew there was such a rule on when to get a dog groomed."

"Family owned place. Been coming for about 2 years after deciding that big chain pet groomers aren't the way to go. Very reasonably priced for full groom. They always take such great care of my toy poodle. They know him by name!"
