Clip N' Dip Pet Grooming

"Worst service, ever. My dogs were dropped off at 8:30am and were not ready until 4:30pm. When I asked why it took them so long they said "we go in order".. then my dogs should have been done early. When I picked my dogs up, it was found out they were caged the entire time and not let out to use the restroom. On the website, it says the Clip N Dips does ear cleaning. Neither dog had their ears cleaned. I might as well take my dogs to the pound if I want them to hang out in cages all day. IF YOU LIVE IN THE KENNESAW / ACWORTH AREA, USE A MOBILE GROOMER AND QUIT USING CLIP N DIPS."

"When the groomer my mom uses for her cat decided to cancel on her at the last second due to an emergency, the neighbors recommended this place to her as a replacement. I really, really wish they had not. My mom immediately called to make an appointment since this cat is both obese and suffers from a skin condition which causes her to break out into a painful rash when her coat begins to grow out too long (especially awful since this cat is naturally long-haired), so getting this done ASAP was important. We did not expect to have the cat seen immediately, but nor did we expect some rude brat on the phone to smugly inform my mom that they only accepted cats one day a month, and even then there was no guarantee they would have time for her. They did not care about the state of the cat, they did not care about an elderly woman pleading for help. In fact, they rather testily informed her that there were "plenty of other groomers" if she didn't like it, so please be aware that these sunshiney reviews of happy customers will likely not apply to your own experience if you make the mistake of trying to bring a cat in for service here. Between the ridiculous practice of advertising cat grooming that is rarely available, and extremely arrogant brats handling their customer service, I honestly wish I could give this place less than 1 star. The only good thing about this whole experience is that we were able to learn what kind of people they are without having to give them any money."

"The mere fact that Tasha is willing to continually groom my dog (Goose), should mean a lot. Everyone there loves dogs, and they handle big dogs, small dogs, long haired dogs and short haired dogs. I trust them very much to properly handle my dog. He’s a goofy dog but a whiny handful at the groomer, and can sometimes be a bit too friendly. Sheila and Tasha and the others are so good and graceful about taking care of him. Highly recommend to any dog owner. 5/5"
