"I couldn’t think twice to rate this hotel as 5 stars. Marisa at front desk was excellent with us. She’s kind, attentive and helped us in many ways to make our stay perfect. I see the way that she treats her costumers and I can tell that she was made to work with costumer service!!! All staff were great. Rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. We were there couple nights because our apartment flooded. So being in a environment that made us feel good in that horrible situation was definitely a plus."
"Would 100% recommend staying here. Marisa was working when we called to see if there was availability the same night we needed a hotel. She has to be one of the nicest people I've ever met and has wonderful customer service skills. She went above and beyond. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was wonderful. My dad was even able to go to the lobby for a hot coffee at 4:30am when he woke up. The reviews are high for a reason."
"Clean well kept hotel. Very friendly staff. A warm and homely atmosphere. Will highly recommend. Clean rooms. Best stairwells on both ends of the building. The covered parking in the back was a bonus"
"I come to this hotel fairly regularly for work. There are hotels closer to my work, but I continued to choose this Hampton Inn because of Marisa. I haven’t felt well traveling with pregnancy over the last several months, but every time, she brightens my day just by her personality and smile. I’ve never met someone friendlier in customer service - she actually makes me feel like I’m her friend or family for the times I see her. It was sad realizing it was probably my last time seeing her tonight. The hotel itself is pretty clean and quiet. No complaints from any of my visits"
"Was in town for training and I enjoyed my stay. Marissa is awesome! So friendly and welcoming. Room was good and it’s close to a lot of dining options. However, I was disappointed that the indoor pool was not operational. I feel my company paid a premium for the pool and I never got to use it. Other than that it was a great place to stay."
