"Pros: price, manufacturers of generic medications are consistent and maybe location Cons: Pharmacy is run pretty poorly. Staff implements different policies seemingly haphazardly, insurance info mysteriously disappears or is not used on certain scripts at least a couple times a year. Also, they take a bizarrely long time to fill scripts. Like 24 hours for new scripts and if you show up and wait you can expect that to take an hour. Overall, if cost is your overall biggest concern and you do not want to shop meds constantly Costco is a good solution. If a well run pharmacy where people know who you are and are timely... well not so much."
