"The location was fine. Staff was fine. The shower was warm and wouldn’t actually get hot all the way even though it’s January/winter. The breakfast at 7:00am didn’t have any eggs or sausage/bacon… there was coffee, juice, oatmeal packets, bagels, bread, English muffins. There were mini cupcakes… you could make your own waffle."

"One night stay. Just passing thru. Young fellow was very friendly and professional. Located directly across the university. It was very quiet since school is out. Breakfast was pretty good. Hot water in shower ran out after 5 minutes.The outside is clean and updated. The rooms however, are not. No carpet. Old furniture. Worst pillows I have ever seen. Old electronics and appliances. Fridge sounded like a washing machine. TV not HD. Will probably choose a better hotel brand next time."

"From the time I saw the condition of the stairs, I knew right then, don't expect anything much from the standars. The lobby however looked very festive. Jesse was nice at the front desk. I did not trust using the towels only to sleep on. Luckily I brought my face towels . The bed had hairs and the pillow case. No way was I having breakfast. We stayed at a Baymont in Ashville and it was the cleanest I've seen. The breakfast was great. The owner was at the front desk and I could tell he made sure everything was up to standards. However this Baymont in Kennesaw was not anything like that one. Moldy dusty stuff on the bedskirt."

"Right next to Kennesaw State University easily accessible parking lot hotel is laid out very well, so no matter where you park there’s always an entrance to get into with your key card. Front desk was great. I was checked in within minutes and in my room within five or less room was nice for the most part bathroom could use an update as far as the grout work is the toilet, which is a pet peeve of mine was too small not good for tall people or people that are physically challenged. I recommend an accessible room shower was good though as far as water pressure instant instant hot water wireless reception was great TV though, was missing an HDMI cord. Luckily, I always carry one or else you’ll have to watch it in SD, which is awful breakfast is included eggs, sausage biscuits, cereal, coffee, tea, bagels, and toast, the usual nice hot and fresh at 6 AM to 9 am here for a few days, I might add a very nice size television I do late night gaming so I had to pull the TV closer a little bit as you can see in the picture lol, Mini one cup coffee maker worked well. Usually I have issues with this would happen to work OK"

"Disgusting roaches, dirty and the rudest manager ever!! Night one we found hair in the shower and dirty towels and a bug. The next morning we told the front desk and was told the manager was gone but they would make sure the room got taken care of. We did not.get back until late that night and went into the bathroom now there were multiple live bugs including roaches. Knowing we couldn't sleep there we went to the front desk and asked for a refund. We even showed them the video of the live bugs crawling around. The manager was incredibly rude and said because we had not told them before 3 PM she would not do a refund. We were not there at 3 and should there really be a time line on reporting a bug infested room. She finally agreed to refund $50. Keep in mind we had spent over $200 on room we couldn't shower in and now couldn't sleep in unless we wanted to sleep with one eye open watching for bugs. Well guess what she never refunded anything. Please don't stay at this hotel."
